- Yes. Field crews are covered by occupational accident insurance, and project-specific third-party liability insurance is arranged for installations involving public spaces or mall interiors when the client requests it.
- What warranty is provided?
- A standard one-season warranty covers LED fixture failures and installation defects under normal weather conditions. Repair response time during the active season is committed to in the contract — typical SLA is 24–72 hours depending on geography.
- Does A1 Organizasyon handle de-installation?
- Yes. Removal, packing and storage of reusable components are included in the default scope. Clients who own their materials can request supervised reinstallation in subsequent seasons at a reduced rate.
- Can fixtures be rented instead of purchased?
- Yes. Many municipality and mall contracts are structured as seasonal rentals where A1 Organizasyon retains ownership of motifs, garlands and props. This shifts maintenance and storage liability to A1 Organizasyon.
